This is just a reminder that the online registration period for the Asian Arts Theatre’s Project Development Initiative is from May 3 10:00 to May 7 18:00 at www.cct.go.kr/eng/AAT2010. The deadline for the submission documents is on May 14th (by arrival date).

Asian Arts Theatre (Gwangju, Korea) - Project Development Initiative for Contemporary Performing Arts Based Works

I would like to bring your attention to Project Development Initiative which is hosted by the Office for Hub City of Asian Culture in Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and organized by METAA Co., Ltd. and Korea Association of Performing Arts Producers to develop programming for Asian Arts Theatre and to build collaborative relationship with wide range of national and international artists.

Asian Arts Theatre will be a main facility of Asian Culture Complex (ACC) which is scheduled to complete in 2014 in Gwangju, Korea. As an initiative project, Asian Arts Theatre is accepting proposals from ideas to all phases of a project which are contemporary performing art-based works that reflect or embody Asian values, cultures and issues.
